To get voice to text with punctuation on Windows without saying "comma" and "period", use an AI dictation tool that formats as it transcribes. In Pithflow's Structured mode — the default — you hold Ctrl + Space, speak normally and release: the text arrives punctuated, without filler, and with spoken lists as bullet points.
"okay so um I want you to look at the login page and like see why it's slow I don't know maybe it's the database and also can you uh can you add a dark mode to the settings and yeah also check why the login page is slow on mobile too"
Okay, so I want you to look at the login page and see why it's slow. I don't know, maybe it's the database. Also, can you add a dark mode to the settings? And also check why the login page is slow on mobile too.
Cleaned up, your wording kept
I want you to do two things: 1. Find out why the login page is slow, including on mobile. Maybe it's the database. 2. Add a dark mode to the settings.

Every word as spoken, no AI rewrite
In the app: tap Ctrl twice, or right-click the bar.
Sentences, commas and question marks from how you speak — including long requests that are really questions.
"um" and "uh" disappear. Change your mind mid-sentence and only the final version stays: "tuesday no wait actually wednesday" → Wednesday.
Announce a list and it becomes bullets:
"well this is a list for shopping melons yogurt milk octopus some salmon"
Well, this is a list for shopping: • melons • yogurt • milk • octopus • some salmon
Long dictations are split into paragraphs where you change topic.
Pick from 8 tones and 6 intents in the Style settings. In chat apps like Slack, WhatsApp or Teams, messages come out chat-style automatically: no capital at the start, no period at the end. Tones and intents →

Yes. In Structured mode you speak normally and the text arrives with sentences, commas, question marks and capitals in place. You can still say "period" or "new line" when you want exact control — spoken commands work in every mode.
Yes. Structured removes filler words and, with self-corrections on, keeps only what you meant: "Tuesday, no wait, actually Wednesday" comes out as "Wednesday". If you need every word kept, switch to Raw by tapping Ctrl twice.
Yes, when you announce it as a list — "this is a list for shopping…" or "I need…" followed by the items. A list you mention in the middle of a normal sentence stays a sentence. Say "steps" or "in order" and you get a numbered list instead.
Lightly, by default. Structured is a minimal edit: punctuation, filler, false starts and corrections. It only changes tone or intent if you choose one in the Style settings, such as Formal or Summarize.
Yes, natively — including sentences that mix Spanish and English. Spanish punctuation like ¿ and ¡ is handled, and you can dictate commands in Spanish, such as "punto y aparte".
