Meetings
Record a call you are on, or a room you are in, from your Windows PC — no bot joins. Stop, and get key points ranked by how often each came up.
AI note taker
Notes from lectures and interviews
Record a lecture, an online class or an interview on your Windows PC and get the key points ranked by how often each came up.
Feature
Hands-free mode
Push-to-talk is great for short messages, but long-form writing needs you to brainstorm without babysitting a key. Hands-free mode flips Pithflow into tap-on / tap-off. It is on every plan; what differs is how long one recording can run.
Feature
Snippets
Type the same intro paragraph 40 times a week? Snippets let you say a short trigger phrase and Pithflow expands it to your saved full text. Like TextExpander, but voice-triggered.
Feature
Personal Dictionary
Speech recognition is great at general English but mishears proper nouns ('Zamudio' → 'Sumudio'), brand names, and technical jargon. The Personal Dictionary lets you correct these once, forever.
Feature
Tones & Intent Modes
Other dictation apps give you 'casual' and 'formal'. Pithflow gives you 8 tone styles times 6 intent modes — 48 combinations. Each combination is genuinely different, not just a slider.
Feature
AI cleanup
Voice dictation without cleanup is just transcription — you'd still have to type-edit every "um" and rephrase. Pithflow's AI cleanup pass runs after every dictation and lands you a clean draft on the first try.
Feature
100+ languages
Pithflow's transcription model is multilingual-first, not English with bolted-on translations. 100+ languages including Spanish (LATAM + Spain), Portuguese (BR + PT), French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Hindi, Arabic — all with auto-detection per clip.
Feature
Response time
Most dictation tools quote one latency number without saying what they measured. Here is ours, measured on real dictations in September 2026: transcribing and cleaning a typical dictation took 1.4 seconds at the median and 2.4 seconds for nine in ten, on our servers. That excludes the upload from your machine, which depends on your connection — so we report it separately rather than folding it into a friendlier number.
Feature
Specialty term packs
Generic dictation mishears professional vocabulary — "metoprolol" becomes word salad, "voir dire" becomes "vwa deer". Pithflow's specialty term packs teach the transcription your field's vocabulary, so professional dictation comes out clean the first time.
