Yes. Hands-free mode starts and stops with a tap of Ctrl + Shift, and both hotkeys can be changed under Settings › Hotkey to a combination that suits your hands.

Does Pithflow control my computer by voice?

No. Pithflow dictates text into the field that has focus. For opening apps and clicking by voice, Windows 11 has Voice Access built in.

Does it work in every app?

Does it work offline?
