Not out of the box. Pithflow works in VS Code the way it works everywhere: put the cursor where text goes — commit message box, comment, markdown file — hold your hotkey, speak.
Prose, not syntax: commit messages, code comments, JSDoc, READMEs, PR descriptions. That's the typing-heavy part of a dev's day. For actual code, keep typing or use your code assistant.
One does. Ctrl + Space is VS Code's default IntelliSense trigger, and it is also Pithflow's hold-to-speak key — registered globally, so Pithflow takes the combination before VS Code sees it. The hands-free key, Ctrl + Shift, is not bound in VS Code on its own, and Pithflow fires it only when you tap it alone — so Ctrl + Shift + P and the rest of the palette shortcuts are untouched. It does share Windows' keyboard-layout switcher if you have two input languages installed. If you trigger IntelliSense on demand, remap one of the two in Settings → Hotkey; a spare function key claims nothing. Note that IntelliSense still opens by itself as you type — this only affects invoking it manually.
