Yes. To Pithflow the Obsidian editor is a text field like any other: hold the hotkey, speak, release, and the finished text is placed at your cursor. No plugin is needed.
No. Pithflow writes plain text with punctuation and paragraph breaks and leaves the headings, wikilinks and tags already in the note alone. Two things do render as formatting in Obsidian: a numbered list, when you count items out loud, and backticks around code in the Build intent — both what you would have typed anyway. Add [[links]] and #tags after the paragraph lands.
Use the Build intent: it keeps identifiers such as useState intact and wraps code in backticks instead of spelling it out as words.
